Products are fed from a rotary star-wheel infeed, laid on their side and rolled under a pressure belt as the label is applied, so the label wraps evenly without small or unstable containers tipping over. The machine is built on a stainless steel frame on casters with leveling feet. It has a roller conveyor, labeling head, outfeed chute, Weinview touchscreen HMI and a Schneider Electric stack light. The unit powers on and boots to the Colamark HMI screen.
