ATC (Advanced Test Concepts, a Pfeiffer Vacuum company) Mass Extraction leak test instrument for non-destructive container closure integrity testing (CCIT) of vials, syringes, cartridges, blister packs, pouches and other sealed pharmaceutical and medical device packaging. Mass Extraction is a deterministic leak test method recognized under USP <1207>. The package is placed in a test chamber under vacuum, and ATC’s Intelligent Molecular Flow Sensor (IMFS) measures the gas mass flow coming out of it. That flow tells you about leaks and gross defects without destroying the sample. The instrument has a color touchscreen with live flow and pressure readings and test graphing, Start/Type/Stop controls, a testing indicator lamp, a verify switch and an air regulator with gauge. It powers on and boots to the test screen.
Condition: Used – powers on
